The Vivalytic Hospital Stool Panel is an automated, real-time PCR test designed to detect three common gastrointestinal pathogens: Rotavirus type A, Norovirus (genogroups I/II), and Clostridioides difficile (C. difficile genes tcdA/tcdB). It analyses swab samples from liquid or soft human stool specimens, providing rapid results in less than 60 minutes. This test enables swift identification of multiple gastrointestinal illness-causing pathogens, supporting efficient patient management and improved clinical outcomes.
