The HELIOS® Automated IFA System is the first instrument to completely automate IFA testing from pipetting through to image management, requiring no intervention between setup and result review. By controlling in-unit reaction conditions with the Humidity and Temperature Control (HTC) kit for the HELIOS® Automated IFA System, AESKU offers not only an all-in-one IFA processor and reader but also the only system currently on the market that ensures IFA processing is at the standard set by FDA, WHO, and ISO guidelines for humidity and temperature of laboratory working environments. • Up to 190 samples, up to 20 slides, and up to 4 different assays per run. • Sample dilutions are prepared by instrument, no pre-dilution required. • Well-by-well liquid management ensures consistent incubation times and avoids cross-contamination compared to washing by flooding. • Automated mounting medium addition with our proprietary AESKUSLIDES® mounting medium. • No cover-slips or slide transfer necessary, reading starts automatically. • Large pattern library on-board, including additional ICAP library. • Pattern suggestion & endpoint titer estimation – user confirms result and selects follow-up tests. • Laboratory-specific negative cut-off for cell-based assays, and show all negatives function for quick classification. • Sample overview function displays all substrate results together in a single  screen.
