This device is a portable nucleic acid detection platform based on CRISPR/Cas system. It integrates centrifugal microfluidic technology to achieve rapid detection of up to 4 target molecules through centrifugation control and fluorescent imaging. The entire instrument system does not require complex temperature control or precise optoelectronic signal detection, greatly reducing the cost of the instrument. The device can be powered by a portable power source, making it particularly suitable for testing in mobile scenarios.
