The Antigen Retrieval Chamber (ARC) is for professional laboratory use in conducting heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER) of formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue mounted on microscope slides prior to performing IHC or ISH staining tests. ARC was developed with the flexibility to choose from 6 pre-programmed protocols or custom protocols with a user-friendly touch screen for ease of use. ARC offers a temperature range between 60ºC and 121ºC with user programmable time and temperature settings. Adjust the temperature in 1ºC intervals and customize the time in seconds, minutes, or hours.
