BD Phoenix™ M50 Instrument

BD Phoenix™ Automated Microbiology System is intended for the rapid identification (ID) and Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (AST) of clinically significant bacteria as this system provides rapid results for most aerobic and facultative anaerobic gram-positive bacteria as well as most aerobic and facultative anaerobic gram-negative bacteria of human origin. The BD Phoenix system also facilitates the rapid identification of yeast and yeast-like organisms. The BD Phoenix M50 has been designed with a touch screen interface available in several languages and embedded with the BDXpert system. Up to two units can be stacked to best fit different testing needs while minimal maintenance is required (no reagents, pumps or waste to maintain)
