OCTO HEALTH REAL TIME PCR HPV SCREENING KIT is based on the Real-Time PCR method. The HPV pathogen is detected using the melt curve analysis method. The change in fluorescence emitted by the SYBR Green I dye, which binds to the amplification products, during the melting of the double-stranded structure, indicates the breaking of the double-stranded structure and the presence of HPV.
