Information
Used for in vitro quantitative detection of the content of alanine
aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in human whole
blood, serum, and plasma samples. Clinically, it is primarily used to assist in
evaluating liver function.
The determination of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase
can be employed for the early diagnosis, risk stratification, and monitoring of
acute and chronic liver diseases.
